Tagaddod is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor for Alexandria to lead our sales initiatives in this vital region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong customer relationships. Your expertise in the market will allow you to develop effective sales strategies tailored to the needs of clients in Upper Egypt. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team in Upper Egypt to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the region. Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers in the HORECA sector. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competition. Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management to inform business decisions. Provide ongoing training and support to sales representatives, enhancing their skills and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar role in Upper Egypt. Strong understanding of the HORECA industry and regional market dynamics. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth. Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel frequently within Upper Egypt for client meetings and support.
