Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient management of inventory, sales activities, and operational processes across all branches. Supervise branch operations to maintain consistency, efficiency, and full compliance with company policies and procedures. Set and monitor sales targets (KPIs) for branches and sales teams in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Analyze branch sales performance on a daily, monthly, and annual basis, implementing corrective actions when necessary. Track sector performance to ensure achievement of approved monthly and annual sales targets. Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure the availability of high-quality products at competitive prices. Lead sales and marketing activities by analyzing market trends and competitor performance, and proposing strategies to improve sales results. Collaborate with sales teams to define objectives, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention.
