ABOUT THE ROLE

As Sales Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and developing a high-performing internal sales team. You’ll be responsible for driving day-to-day sales performance, mentoring staff, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are consistently met.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who enjoys both the operational and strategic sides of sales management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, motivate and support a small internal sales team
• Drive team performance to meet and exceed targets
• Provide training, coaching and daily support to team members
• Oversee the sales process and ensure best-in-class customer engagement
• Manage key customer relationships where needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales operations and systems
