Sales Supervisor We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a team of Sales Representatives and drive sell-in and sell-out performance across an assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives to consistently achieve sales and execution targets Plan, assign, and optimize sales routes to maximize coverage, efficiency, and frequency of store visits Ensure best-in-class in-store execution, including merchandising, displays, pricing, and promotional compliance Drive execution of trade marketing initiatives and sales fundamentals across all assigned accounts Monitor KPIs (sell-out, sell-in, distribution, execution) and use data to identify gaps and implement action plans Conduct regular field visits (ride-alongs and store audits) to provide coaching, feedback, and ensure execution standards Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, supporting negotiations and business growth opportunities Identify market opportunities, including new accounts, product listings, and expansion of distribution Track competitor activity and provide insights to inform commercial strategies Ensure proper inventory levels at store and customer level to support sales growth without overstocking Communicate business performance, opportunities, and risks clearly to leadership Requirements Requirements 3+ years of experience in sales or field leadership (CPG preferred) Proven leadership and team management skills Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel Experience in retail execution and trade marketing Bachelor’s degree preferred Fully bilingual: Spanish (intermediate or higher) and English (fluent). Physical requirements: Must be able to walk and move around 2/3 of the time. Using fingers to operate tools and devices. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the phone and in person.
