Key Responsibilities * Execute sales strategies and annual plans to meet or exceed sales targets. * Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance. * Support the sales team with product knowledge, sales guidance, and on-the-job training to enhance overall effectiveness. * Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to sales, logistics, or customer service. * Track and report sales performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to management. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related fields. * 3+ years of sales experience in relevant industries such as medical devices, optics, or related sectors. * Strong skills in sales planning, customer relationship management, and negotiation. * Results-driven, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to work independently. * Excellent communication, coordination, and training abilities. * Willingness to travel as needed.
