Experience our exceptional brands with a employee purchase.  Embrace Excellence We are seeking a hands-on Sales Supervisor with strong channel management experience to support our national chain (across Taiwan account).The role focuses on channel activation execution, store-level operations, relationship management, and sell-in performance.Make an Impact •    Execute channel promotions: POSM/materials, display setup, communication with stores/buyers.•    Monitor and report frontline insights: competitor promotions, price issues, display changes, abnormal situations.•    Maintain strong store & regional supervisor relationships to secure execution support.•    Drive ordering & replenishment; track inventory issues (low stock, OOS, limited items).•    Ensure perfect in-store execution: display, shelf space, pricing, POSM compliance; provide photo reports.•    Manage promotion calendar and routine EDI / system updates (Aforza, EDI).•    Prepare mid year activity proposals & ESMAP submissions.Your Talent and Skills •    2–5 years of channel management or trade marketing experience (FMCG, beverage, retail or alcohol preferred).•    Solid understanding of store operations & channel execution.•    Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.•    Detail-oriented, execution-driven, comfortable with frequent store visits.•    Basic Excel skills.•    Driving license and Car is a must.A Place For Everyone We’re proud of our inclusive culture – where unique experiences, ideas and perspectives are celebrated.
