Job description
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s engineering consultancy services to target markets.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of engineering consultancy services and industry trends.
  • Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing, and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA or relevant certifications in sales and marketing.
  • Experience working with government contracts, tenders, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Familiarity with engineering disciplines such as civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
