Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales operations across the Umm Al Quwain region, ensuring achievement of sales, distribution, and collection targets.
• Manage and motivate the Van Sales team and Helpers, including daily allocation, attendance, route plans, and performance.
• Develop and optimize sales routes and territory coverage to maximize productivity and market penetration.
• Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance against agreed KPIs.
• Drive sales growth across Home & Office and 5-Gallon water channels.
• Manage customer relationships, resolve service issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales, collections, customer aging, distribution, assets, and route adherence.
• Follow up on collection and recovery of assets from inactive or closed customers.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and recommend actions to increase market share.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Escalate operational, customer, and team-related issues to the Sales Manager as required.
