What You’ll Do: People  Inspire, coach, and support the store team while partnering with the host store to build a culture of accountability and performance.  Assist the management team in onboarding and developing team members, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported. . Sales and Service  Guide the team to prioritize inclusive, high-quality customer experiences that builds loyalty and repeat business in store and through virtual Shopping.  Ensure MK Ambassadors maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools.  Proactively manage client database to increase sales.  Set and communicate clear sales goals and KPIs, ensuring all team members understand how they contribute to success.. Operations  Promote a proactive approach to loss prevention, collaborating with store leadership to address concerns early.  Use company communication platforms effectively and follow through on relevant updates and actions.
