POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to oversee and lead our sales team, ensure smooth daily operations, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, experienced in retail sales (preferably in the perfume, beauty, or luxury sectors), and fluent in both Arabic and English.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury retail is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.

• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Manage store operations, including merchandising, stock control, and reporting.
• Train, coach, and evaluate sales staff performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities within the store.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
