Warby Parker is on the lookout for a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create nothing-short-of-amazing experiences for our customers. (At other brands, you might see similar roles called Keyholder.) Across all of our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada, Sales Supervisors contribute to the success of our business firsthand through face-to-face customer interactions. Responsibilities

The Sales Supervisor leads front-of-house operations and sales floor activities, ensuring an inclusive and service-minded environment. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, communicating brand values, and managing team touch-bases in the absence of a manager.
