We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to drive in-store execution, strengthen customer relationships, and accelerate sell-out growth across their assigned territory. Key Responsibilites: Market Development & Growth Identify and develop new business opportunities (distribution, new accounts, displays). Analyze market trends and competitor activity to drive strategic decisions. Execution Excellence Ensure best-in-class in-store execution through broker and merchandising teams. Train and coach field teams to meet execution standards. Support trade marketing initiatives and point-of-sale negotiations. Manage inventory levels to optimize sell-out and avoid overstock. Sell-Out & Performance Management Track sell-out performance using data and take timely corrective actions. Execute commercial initiatives (launches, distribution gains, promotions). Account Management Partner with brokers and customers to drive business results. Support business reviews and ensure strong client relationships. Maintain healthy inventory levels and ensure timely collections. Leadership & Communication Provide clear, timely communication on performance and opportunities. Participate in weekly KPI reviews (sell-in, sell-out, execution). Represent company values and ensure a strong brand presence in the market. Requirements 3+ years of experience in CPG field sales, trade marketing, or execution roles Experience managing brokers, merchandisers, or third-party sales teams Strong understanding of sell-in / sell-out dynamics and retail execution Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in tools such as Excel (experience with field tools like Repsly is a plus) Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
