POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team in promoting and distributing pharmaceutical and aesthetic medical products across the UAE. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the UAE pharmaceutical market, strong team leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales growth.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5–8 years of experience in the UAE as a Sales Supervisor or similar leadership role
  • 10+ years of total experience in the UAE pharmaceutical industry
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative earlier in career
  • Proven experience of at least 3 consecutive years with a single company
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical aesthetic, skincare, or dermatology products
  • Excellent team management and field coaching skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Arabic-speaking candidates are strongly preferred
  • UAE driving license is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of medical representatives and product specialists
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals
  • Conduct regular field visits with team members and maintain strong client relationships
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement
  • Work closely with management to forecast sales targets and territory planning
  • Provide detailed reports on sales activity, market trends, and team performance
  • Support product launches, customer training, and promotional campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with all UAE pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations
