We’re Hiring: Real Estate Sales Supervisor
Providential Properties Management is one of Abu Dhabi’s leading real estate companies, offering premium property sales, leasing, and management services. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market, off-plan and ready properties.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Abu Dhabi- brokerage license

Responsibilities
