Tagaddod is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor for the Qena region. In this pivotal role, you will lead our sales efforts, manage a dedicated team, and develop key strategies to enhance our market presence in Canal. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction among our HORECA clients. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets in Qena. Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the regional market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HORECA sector. Conduct market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Train and develop sales representatives to improve performance and drive motivation. Collaborate with other departments to align sales goals with company objectives. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar role within the HORECA industry. Strong understanding of the regional market in Qena and its unique dynamics. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to analyze sales data and formulate effective strategies. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to travel frequently within the Qena region for client meetings and support.
