Job Description The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for a sales supervisor who will have overall responsibility for the development of the category within several Modern Trade key accounts at the right cost. Responsibilities Ensure proper implementation of planograms, visibility, and in‑store activations through regular store visits and weekly meetings with customers. Manage all customer‑relevant financial matters. Achieve sales targets (value and volume) and any other quantitative targets set by management. Track and analyze customer data to ensure compliance with business agreements. Identify and analyze customer needs and develop commercial arguments. Monitor market and competitor developments and report findings to management. Prepare daily visit reports for your supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field. At least 3 years of relevant experience. Fluent in Arabic and English. Understanding of shopper behavior. Strong retail knowledge. Knowledge of discounts and allowances (D&A). Knowledge of the brand, including positioning and strategies. Strong knowledge of the local market. Able to win the trust and respect of others. Passionate about people, consumers, products, and the community; demonstrates a caring attitude. Demonstrates a strong work ethic, integrity, and honesty. Demonstrates a commitment to quality in their approach.
