PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solid and proven management background with at least 1 year of store management
  • People management: lead, motivate and coach a team of sales advisors
  • Clientelling mindset
  • Experience working with operating systems and an excellent understanding of KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in both a fast-paced environment, also able to adapt and motivate the team during slower trade hours.
  • Fluent in English
