Job Description Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role. We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Support 2IC/Checkout team member. In this role, you will assist the Sales Support Manager in leading and developing our team, which is responsible for managing all customer-critical processes at the ‘front of house’. Your responsibilities will also extend to supporting back-of-house operations, ensuring that internal audit requirements are met and daily administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong focus on customer service and a passion for retail. Your contribution will be instrumental in providing a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
