We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Account Handler.
The Account Handler will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
The role involves maintaining regular communication with clients, resolving issues, and working with internal teams to meet client needs efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to address any concerns or updates.

Account Management:

  • Manage day-to-day client requests and ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Handle quotes, new customer orders, amendments, and general client account administration.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and recommend suitable products/services to clients.

Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:

  • Resolve client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with internal teams (sales, factory, operations) to ensure client issues are addressed effectively.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Provide regular account updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Track and monitor client performance metrics and suggest improvements where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and account status.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Office Manager to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
