    Our clients are leaders in the distribution of medical, health and wellbeing, foodservice, hygiene and protective wear products and they are searching for an individual who is a standout, driven and ambitious person with demonstrated experience in Sales support experience.
    Reporting directly to the GM you must be able to:

Sales Support

  • Liaising with customers to solve queries and provide customer satisfaction
  • Take orders by phone, email, WhatsApp
  • Liase with agents
  • Compile brochures and price lists
  • Manage the company sales drive

Warehouse and Freight

  • Processing Inbound and outbound orders in the warehouse
  • Prepare delivery notes
  • Booking freight services as required, tracking deliveries, and obtaining POD as and when required
  • Providing freight quotes
  • Occasional picking of stock from office storeroom

Admin

  • Updating various spreadsheets,
  • Compiling various sales reports from time to time
  • Completing New Line forms when customers list new products
  • Prepare sample packs
  • Prepare Data Sheets for new products
  • Prepare special offer flyers (advantageous but not essential)
  • Assist with postage, printing, and occasional small stock pickups from the warehouse
  • Ad Hoc admin duties
  • Help to check new product artwork before printing
  • Assist with implementation of new CRM

The successful candidate must have at least 1 years experience in Sales support.
