We are currently seeking a super-efficient Sales & Administration professional to join our team at our Yea branch.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for providing support to our Sales and Livestock teams and performing branch administration duties including:

  • Accounts payable, expenses, banking, stock control, ordering, receipting
  • Accounts receivable, debtor management
  • Maintenance of office supplies
  • Maintaining our finance accounts and identifying opportunities
  • Assist customers with pricing and product queries
  • Processing counter sales
  • Providing Branch support for Agency activity partners
  • Maintaining safety processes within the branch
  • Performing all aspects of Livestock Administration, including advertising and processing sale

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in an office Administration support role, in a busy environment and ideally have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:

  • Excellent computer skills including SAP, Outlook, Word & Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills
  • Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes
  • Effective time managemen
