We’re currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our Bournemouth office. In this crucial role, you’ll be the bridge between our internal teams and Key customers across the UK ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality support. Responsibilities
  • Primary office contact for Existing Customers when a request for a quote is required.
  • Manage email in-boxes, and regional and Key Account customer enquiries.
  • Ensure responses meet both internal and external expectations.
  • Prioritise ‘additional works’ quotes, following reactive call out’s and/or PPM visits.
  • Liaise with engineers and suppliers to gather accurate information for quoting.
  • Act as key liaison between customers and surveyors, booking site visits.
  • Create deals in HubSpot, update costings, and create quotes to ensure prompt submissions
  • Follow up Existing Customers quotes, and close appropriately.
  • Accurately update HubSpot for sales order pipeline visibility.
  • Ensure existing PPM contracts are renewed in line with anniversary dates.
  • Process orders to align with monthly sales budgets.
  • Diligently manage high work volumes, ensuring all tasks are progressed using various internal systems.
  • Handle unexpected requests, working closely with various business teams to provide effective solutions.
