Black Sheep Utilities are looking for a full-time Sales Support Administrator to join our flock of passionate individuals!

    Previous administration experience is essential. Industry knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential.
Responsibilities
  • Submitting termination/information requests to suppliers
  • Audit Sales submitted by the energy consultants and updating CRM system
  • Submitting contracts to suppliers via various portals & Excel word docs
  • Receiving status reports from suppliers and updating CRM systems
  • Generating customer correspondence and submitting to clients
  • Updating the customer service team with any issues with contracts once submitting.
  • Proactively managing query resolution in a timely manner to ensure high % of contracts go live
  • Allocation of Hot Transfers to agent pipelines, in accordance with guidelines and management guidance.
  • Supporting the Sales management team by providing feedback on all aspects of quality, including voice files, CRM & sales techniques. (Direct Sales, AM & CAT).
  • Cross referencing voice files with in-house CRM records.
  • Assist with pre-book errors.
  • Pipeline administration assistance.
  • Speaking to customers and suppliers on the phone to resolve queries.
  • General sales administration and ad hoc duties as required
