Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, as well as assisting on the Trade Counter.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone, face-to-face & email.
  • Manage customer enquiries and respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order processing.
  • Assist the transport department with administrative tasks.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management as required.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing insights based on customer feedback.
