As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?   YOUR ROLE   Primary purpose of the role: Provide support to the BD team to facilitate sales activities and grow business to achieve sales budget in accordance to company policy and guideline as well as selective Key Account. Main purpose is to release BD team time spend in office and increase time spend directly with accounts (both target and existing).   WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?   To provide in-door sales function related support to BD Team Central China Support BD team on sales campaigns and initiatives as well as sales related activities especially on local control account. Support BD on RFQ and quotations (while they are not available to manage their own), manage NDA, Contract screening, ICAP and other internal procedures to release BD from in-house company procedures. Support BD on customer enquiry and shipment follow up with concerned departments/parties. Coordinate between internal and external ensure shipment can be handled smoothly. Support on abnormal issue to be settled timely. To write SOP for spot business and maintain SOP for regular business, monitor SOP can be follow up without gap. Power Point presentation support to BD Team and BD Manager Provide BD team with regular team performance report regarding C-view, maintains Book of Business, check on conversion, and sales activities as well as individual & team sales report in GR, NR, volume, etc. C-view-super user and support to BD team on training, reports and measurements Assist BD team on MBR/QBR report preparation as well as meeting/conference call materials preparation. Support BD team on walk-in customer and their enquiry and pass back to BD team for proper follow up Control Tower of local key accounts and as the backup, take ownership to maintain house accounts after Sales resignation   WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?   Bachelor degree or above 5 years relevant in freight forwarding or logistics industry Fluent spoken and written English Excellent working knowledge of key Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint.
