JOIN OUR TEAM AS A SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR – GERMAN SPEAKING!

We are looking for a German speaking Sales Support Administrator to join our European Sales team. This role provides vital administrative and operational support to the European Manager and Area Managers ensuing seamless collaboration across Marketing, Business Development and Logistics departments.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both German and English, experienced with CRM systems like HubSpot and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Fluency in German is essential
  • Previous experience in sales support, administrative roles or CRM management
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with ISO standards and industry developments
Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to the European Sales Manager and Area Managers
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Marketing, Business Development and Logistics to support coordinated sales efforts
  • Manage Inbound PPC Leads, including prompt follow-up and use of Lead Forensics to identify and track opportunities
  • Maintain accurate data and lead tracking within HubSpot CRM
  • Stay informed about ISO standards, market trends and business developments relevant to the sales function
  • Build positive and professional working relationships with Area Managers and internal teams across IMSM
  • Perform general sales administration tasks as needed
