Description United Precision Services LLC: We are looking for a qualified Sales support administrator/assistant to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. This individual will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales and service teams. Must be able to follow directions and use their own initiative to keep office running smoothly. Must be an outstanding communicator capable of providing clear information in both verbal and written forms. Responsibilities Include: · Working with the team to generate sales presentations, proposals and estimates · Processing customer orders · Follow up with customer questions, RFI, etc · Provide administrative support to the sales team to include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating customer visits and meetings Attention to detail - Check data accuracy in proposals, estimates, orders, and invoices · Maintain/update customer CRM · Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner · Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement · Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals · Other administrative support duties as assigned Office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1-hour lunch at noon. Requirements Requirements: · Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role required · Highly preferred if you have experience in manufacturing capital equipment sales support role · Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal · Very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software We offer competitive compensation and benefits package.
