About the role As a key member of our Hong Kong Sales Team, you’ll be the engine behind our sales operations—ensuring everything runs smoothly from quote to renewal. You’ll be the go-to person for managing enquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting our brokers and customers with precision and care. What you’ll do: Supporting the Sales Team with quotes, pre-sales forms, and customer enquiries Assisting the Retention Team with renewals and data preparation Preparing weekly sales reports and coordinating team meetings/events Maintaining organised records and filing systems Contributing to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives Staying sharp with sales training and competitor insights Handling complaints professionally and escalating when needed What you’ll bring: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Organised, proactive, and great at managing time Confident working with people at all levels Ideally, some experience in healthcare or insurance A global mindset—understanding cultural nuances and time zones Tech-savvy with solid skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Why Bupa?
