Job Title: Sales Support Specialist
Location: Swinton, Salford
Salary: £25,500 then after probation £27,500
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Highly organised and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Comfortable working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with daily challenges
· Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
· Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential

· Setting up warranties for customers and ensuring they are completed in time for collection.
· Issuing finance documents to customers and ensuring they are signed correctly and in a timely manner.
· Completing SECCI calls with the customers and confirming all vehicle & financial details.
· Ensuring all proofs such as Driving Licence and any other relevant information is accurate and processed.
· Arranging collections for customers after we have successfully paid out their deals and ensuring they are collected within company time scales.
