Analista Comercial: Acerca del rol: traducir datos en estrategias de crecimiento, analizando el rendimiento de ventas, tendencias del mercado y comportamiento del cliente para identificar oportunidades, optimizar procesos basados en datos que ayuden a mejorar la rentabilidad y apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas por parte del equipo comercial, actuando como un puente entre los datos y la acción comercial efectiva Que harás: Análisis de Datos: Recopilar, procesar y analizar grandes volúmenes de datos de ventas, marketing y clientes para extraer información valiosa. Informes y Visualización: Crear reportes detallados y presentaciones claras para el área, mostrando la salud del negocio y el rendimiento comercial. Identificación de Oportunidades: Descubrir áreas problemáticas, tendencias emergentes y nichos de mercado para generar nuevas fuentes de ingresos. Optimización de Estrategias: Proponer y apoyar la implementación de estrategias para mejorar la productividad de ventas, la eficiencia operativa y la rentabilidad. Seguimiento y Mejora Continua: Monitorear acuerdos, planes y KPIs, ajustando tácticas para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos. A quién buscamos: Estudios: Profesional carreras administrativas, mercadeo o afines o experiencia comercial. Experiencia: Entre 1 a 3 años de experiencia en áreas de ventas y/o comercial Conocimientos básicos: Excel avanzado, matemáticas comerciales, gestión numérica.
