Sales Support Analyst Acerca del Rol: Apoyar la toma de decisiones comerciales mediante el análisis de datos, la generación de reportes e insights accionables que permitan identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y optimizar el desempeño del negocio. Qué Harás: Analizar información comercial para identificar tendencias, riesgos, oportunidades y principales indicadores de desempeño. Diseñar y actualizar reportes y dashboards para apoyar la toma de decisiones. Generar insights relacionados con ventas, rentabilidad, precios, mix de producto, segmentación y desempeño comercial. Garantizar la calidad y consistencia de los datos mediante validaciones y auditorías periódicas. Apoyar la implementación y mejora continua de herramientas y soluciones de analítica comercial. Colaborar con equipos comerciales y otras áreas para fortalecer el entendimiento del negocio y generar valor a través de los datos. Desarrollar análisis de mercado y entorno competitivo que apoyen las estrategias comerciales. Capacitar y acompañar a usuarios en el uso de herramientas analíticas. A quién buscamos Estudios: Profesional en Ciencia de Datos, Analítica de Negocios, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines. Experiencia: Entre 2 y 3 años de experiencia en análisis de datos, inteligencia de negocios, analítica comercial o roles relacionados. Conocimientos básicos: Excel avanzado. Power BI, Tableau o Qlik Sense. SAP y herramientas CRM. SQL y VBA (deseable). Análisis y visualización de datos. Conocimientos en herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (deseable). Inglés intermedio. Competencias: Pensamiento analítico. Atención al detalle. Resolución de problemas. Comunicación efectiva. Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades.
