TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

Query Languages: Proficient in SQL/SOQL (Salesforce object query language), and analyzing data in the form of dashboards/ tables
Spreadsheets: Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel/ Google Spreadsheets
CRM: A Salesforce super user or an advanced business user of Salesforce (Salesforce.com Lightning Version)
Dashboards: Working proficiency in Tableau dashboards and knowledge of data modeling/ warehousing
Collaboration/ Communication: Office 365, Chat/ Messaging Tools

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

An ideal candidate for this role will be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, handle multiple tasks, and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced work environment.You are part of a dynamic Sales Operations team and have a successful track record working on a wide variety of sales operations functions. This includes, data entry, data validation, maintaining SSOT (Single Source of Truth), Level 1 Support for Salesforce (SFDC) CRM users, and reporting.
You will be understanding the client’s requirements, analyzing and manipulating data in spreadsheets using advanced spreadsheet functions and formulas (Examples: Lookup & Reference, Pivot tables, Math & Logical). You will be performing data entry and updates related to pricing, promotions, and account configuration activities in SFDC. You will be performing repetitive tasks and must be flexible to accommodate fast-paced changes.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performingdata entry & validation, maintaining accounts and user set-up in SFDC, and entering pricing and promotions details.
  • Updating/ refreshing Tableau dashboards for publishing reports to cross-functional teams
  • Make changes to configuration and update calculations in Tableau.
  • Write or run predefined SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
  • Updating incentive information in letters sent to partners/ distributors and ensuring accuracy of the information published.
  • Gathering/ refreshing data from different data sources and making manual updates in Google Spreadsheets.
  • Working collaboratively with Account Management, Sales Operations, Finance, Demand Planning, Technology Development, and Engineering Support teams to ensure an efficient business processes.
  • Responding to critical production operational issues and following up with the application/ technical team for resolution.
  • Coordinating with different teams on the integration points and bringing resolution to the problems.
  • Recommending ideas to improve the overall process and ensure an efficient workflow.
  • Updating documentation on all activities and deliverables.

    Pay: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
