JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sales Support and Administrative Assistant will manage customer interactions via email and phone, process orders, handle invoicing, and perform essential administrative tasks. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. QuickBooks Enterprise knowledge is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent English and Spanish Required.
  • Experience in the textile or event industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter customer orders into the system.
  • Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Process invoices and ensure timely billing.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, Including data entry and office organization.
  • Collaborate with the sales and distribution teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
