Responsibilities
  • You’ll input statements into the quoting system and continue to unify the quoting process
  • You’ll document existing processes and create templates to help increase efficiency and effectiveness of the team
  • Enter data into external databases for submitting complete application package
  • You’ll identify opportunities for process improvement, put together suggestions, present to the team and bring them to completion
  • You’ll be assisting the sales team with a variety of administrative tasks and, in the process, learning about all of the aspects of what they do daily
  • You’ll assist merchants in completing application paperwork, and work with underwriters to push new accounts forward to approval
  • You’ll keep opportunities, assets and tasks in Salesforce up to date with current statuses and account underwriting notes
  • You’ll complete and close out opportunities/assets/tasks in a timely manner – meeting deadlines for account setups, and checking fees before end of month
  • You’ll effectively work with other departments, such as Relationship Management and Integrations, as needed to complete tasks related to bringing new accounts live
  • You’ll be responsible for staying informed using Slack, Salesforce, email, company announcements, utilizing external and internal training resources, etc., and asking questions when needed
  • You’ll always be a team player and help teammates with assigned work when time permits, when there is an urgent need, or when someone needs time off
