Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The role of Sales Support Assistant is to work with busy Sales Team to provide a high level of service to UK and International Accounts and help maximise sales and service levels. This role is an excellent entry level role within an exciting company and would benefit someone who thrives on being organised, proactive and enjoys problem solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing excellent administrative and Customer Service support to a range of accounts.
  • You will support with any pre-sale administration required, such as, but not limited to presentation grids, sending samples to customers worldwide via a variety of couriers and fulfilling image and marketing requests.
  • You will be creating presentations for customer meetings that represent our products amazingly well.
  • You will support the Sales Team with book and toy fairs, checking samples are available, ordering samples in, packing and shipping them to fairs globally.
  • You will collaborate with departments across the business to meet customer and sales requirements.
  • You will be working as part of a small customer services team responsible for resolving customer enquires via phone, email and social media
