JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with order processing, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and clients. This position requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
This role is a 37.5 hour week

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a sales and support role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • A proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team with sales administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer phone and email enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the Client Management system.
  • Collaborate with the training team to ensure timely delivery of training services.
  • Provide service information and support to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Help organise sales presentations and promotional materials for the sales team.
  • Support the admin team in production of paperwork and certification
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Carry out outbound sales campaigns to increase the customer portfolio.
