JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Surf & Turf Sales Support Assistant is to work as part of the sales team in an administrative role. You will support the sales team with sales completions, arranging deliveries liaising with the customer and courier accordingly and providing after sales support. You will process online orders and answer customer queries through phone, email, online chat and social media. You must have excellent customer service skills, be able to use a computer and the relevant software packages, of which training will be provided. You must be able to use your initiative, work well with others and build good relationships with other departments.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to use a computer and basic IT skills
• Understanding of the full range of products and services offered and how these will suit our wide ranging customer base, of which training will be provided
• Clear understanding of company policies (including external and internal)

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To support a positive customer experience
• Process orders that are ready for dispatch by creating the goods out note and shipping label for the warehouse
• Send aftercare information to the customer
• Answer basic email customer enquiries and process small sales
• Process online orders
• Answer customer enquiries through the online chat, Instagram and Facebook in a timely manner
• Admin support to sales team
