Responsibilities Support store operations by ensuring the efficient flow of stock between the stockroom and shop floor. Maintain a well-organised, clean, and safe stockroom environment that reflects Ralph Lauren’s high standards. Accurately process deliveries, transfers, and replenishment to ensure product availability and readiness. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and management teams to meet business needs and react quickly to trading demands. Uphold asset protection and loss prevention procedures, ensuring all stock movements are recorded with accuracy and integrity. Assist with markdowns, consolidations, and seasonal transitions while maintaining operational efficiency. Demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and pride in representing the Ralph Lauren brand behind the scenes. Qualifications Previous experience in a retail stockroom or back-of-house environment preferred. Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, unpacking, and moving boxes. Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours, including weekends and peak periods. Commitment to maintaining brand standards and contributing to an exceptional overall store experience.
