POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Clerical Administrative Assistant to join our team in St. Laurent. In this full-time role, you will support our customer service and repairs operations, assist with product management including SKU creation, and help ensure our daily office functions run smoothly — all while helping us deliver an excellent experience for our golf customers.

Responsibilities

· Provide daily administrative support to the customer service team — respond to basic inquiries, process orders, and coordinate service requests.
· Track motorized golf trolley repairs, warranties, and service statuses; maintain accurate records and keep customers informed.
· Create and maintain accurate product SKUs in our inventory system to ensure our product information is always up to date.
· Perform data entry, organize and file records related to sales, service, and inventory.
· Prepare routine reports, spreadsheets, and internal documentation as needed.
· Coordinate with suppliers, repair centers, and logistics partners to support smooth operations.
· Handle general office duties: answer phones, sort mail, order supplies, and assist where needed.
· Support other departments with clerical tasks as assigned.
