Description:
Responsibilities
Provide support to service team, generate sales quotation for part replacement and small project orders, follow up with customer to close work orders.
Update customer list and contact details on monthly basis
Work closely with service team to identify part replacement details and to quote customer accordingly.
Manage and update loan equipment records
Stay up-to-date with new product and features
Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
