JOB SCOPE

• Work closely with technical team to generate quotations for part replacements
• Update customer list and contact details on monthly basis
• Take charge of PTW submission and worker’s list update
• Generate daily work schedule from service software
• Liaise with customer on planned work schedule and update customer as and when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in MS office suite and Outlook
