Job Description

Work with BDMs to assist in meeting annual sales targets.

  • Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product information.
  • Help coordinate projects with BDMs, customers, and internal teams, ensuring they are delivered on time.
  • Quoting, order processing, answering enquiries, liaising with suppliers and internal departments for pricing.
  • Basic estimation and quote preparation for both standard and augmented products.
  • Manage data entry and maintain accurate records using our ERP system.
  • Oversee the order process from quote stage through to dispatch and invoicing.

Qualifications
-

2+ years of experience in a customer-focused B2B role (ideally within the interiors, commercial furniture, or manufacturing industry).

  • Ability to navigate ERP system
  • Understand the integration of sister companies and departmental workflows within a business
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Detail-oriented, with high accuracy and integrity in data entry.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and lateral thinking skills.
