JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview of Role:

  • To find, source and secure new construction customers across a variety of sizes, schemes and uses.
  • To act as one of Capital Piling’s main introducers, attend client meetings (Alongside Managing Director(s)) and corporate events.
  • Take complete ownership of networking between new and existing clients.

Main Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities may slightly alter throughout the year dependent on company needs when looking forward, but please note it will encompass the below:

  • Negotiating terms of sales, agreements and closing sales with customers.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage new business opportunities (Organically).
  • Acting as point of contact between Capital Piling and customers.
  • Responding to customers queries and resolving any objections.
  • Promote and develop existing relationships through strong account management.
  • Maintain excellent current external relationships.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our services.
  • Supporting senior management.
  • Strong reporting and communication both internal and external.
  • Working to monthly/yearly targets.
  • Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.

  • Self-driven to seek new business for the company.
  • Construction Industry Knowledge Preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills across written and verbal communication.
  • Good IT Skills.
  • Initiative and good decision-making skills.
  • Strong organisational, time management and planning skills.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills, and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Proven working experience as a sales manager, sales executive, account manager or a relevant role.
  • Personable & Professional.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
