Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • As a key member of our Renewals Support team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering excellent service over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing friendly and professional support to customers.
  • Assisting with policy queries, changes, renewals, cancellations, and general insurance-related questions.
  • Processing and updating customer records accurately within our systems.
  • Liaising with insurance providers and internal teams to follow up on outstanding queries or documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate logs, spreadsheets, and customer data to ensure a smooth service experience.
