Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are currently seeking Sales Support to join our dynamic team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Director (MD) and the Commercial Sales Manager, providing vital efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data Management: Accurately entering leads and customer details into our CRM system and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Quotations & Documentation: Preparing and sending professional quotes to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Follow-Ups: Proactively following up with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the MD and Commercial Sales Manager to maintain and enhance relationships.
- Tender Management: Tracking tender submissions and deadlines, following up to ensure all requirements are met.
- Customer Interaction: Engaging with commercial clients regularly, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
- Sample Preparation: Assembling and dispatching sample packs to customers as required by the MD and Commercial Sales Manager.
- General Support: Assisting with other administrative tasks to support the MD and Commercial Sales Manager, as required.

- B2B Experience: Previous experience in a B2B sales support environment
