Responsibilities

WHAT’S THE ROLE:

At Bradken, we care about our people, our customers, and creating innovative solutions that make a difference. As a Sales Support Coordinator – Fixed Term (6-month Contract), you’ll play a key role in supporting our regional sales team so they can deliver a seamless customer experience.
You are someone who enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively, and ensuring accuracy in everything you do. From preparing reports and quotes to keeping our CRM (Salesforce) updated, you’ll help ensure our sales processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll also have the opportunity to build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, while supporting logistics and order fulfilment to meet customer needs.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Provide support and assistance to the regional sales team in managing customer requests, preparing reports, and quotations.
  • Maintain and monitor Bradken systems, including Salesforce, to ensure data accuracy and effective pipeline management.
  • Act as the Salesforce Super User for the region, assisting with training, monitoring data quality, and sharing best practices.
  • Support customer price management, logistics coordination, and forward order approvals.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to deliver value across the region.
  • Champion safety by following all site requirements, audits, and safety practices on and off customer sites.

THIS IS A FIXED TERM 6 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE AND IS BASED IN BURSWOOD, WA.
