SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Sales Support Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Dynamic’s commercial growth and delivering an Extraordinary Customer Experience (ECE) to leading global medical device manufacturers. This role helps drive our aggressive sales goals by supporting strategic accounts and collaborating closely with commercial and senior leadership.
Acting as a key liaison between the company and assigned customers, the Sales Support Coordinator promotes the full range of Dynamic’s products and services, contributes to key account plans, and ensures customer expectations are consistently met. An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for growth are essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Technology, or related fields).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or similar roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Acumatica, HubSpot, or similar systems is a plus.
  • Commitment to multitasking, organizational, and communication skill development.
  • Customer-focused, team-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Committed to learning and continuous improvement.
