As our Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll sit at the heart of the sales function - helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll partner closely with our sales, marketing, and design teams, support customer activity, and help bring new products, retail programs, and brand moments to life. What You Will Do: Support our sales team with day-to-day coordination and account administration Maintain accurate customer and product details in HubSpot and internal systems Assist with sell-in presentations, NPD launches, and product setup Manage range lists, pricing updates, packaging requests, and sample distribution Enter and track wholesale orders in JOOR and support second- and third-tier accounts Coordinate POS and marketing material allocations with trade marketing and design Communicate product launches, promotions, and pricing updates to customers Respond to customer queries and keep reporting and records up to date Who You Are: You bring 1–2 years of experience in a sales support, commercial coordination or customer‑facing role within a head‑office, wholesale or multi‑SKU business environment. Exposure to fashion or cosmetics is ideal, particularly within specialty or department store partnerships rather than store‑based retail roles. You will also bring: The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment A diploma or certification in Business Support, Administration, or Customer Service Strong proficiency across MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP Coordination-level experience supported by strong initiative and accountability A customer-focused mindset, paired with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Hold current, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
