Description
Responsibilities
  • Follow up on incoming enquiries and sample requests
  • Process and resolve customer queries via phone, email and online chat system
  • Increase conversion rates from quotes to orders
  • Ability to cross sell other products where necessary
  • Chase quotes within 48 hours & quote pot weekly
  • Work with Area Sales Manager on sales forecasting & pipelines for the territory to build relationships in the area.
  • Working with the Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for a region and will need to have knowledge of all quotes and follow-ups
  • Ability to cross-sell other products
  • Raise all opportunities within 24 hours
  • Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
  • Assist in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers
  • Assist in creating visits for Area Sales Managers
