Successful candidates will work in partnership with the external sales team and estimating team to maximize sale opportunities and grow market share. The position demonstrates the level of growth experienced by the IG Masonry Support business over the past few years.

Responsibilities
  • Logging Technical Sales Managers activities, schedule updates and prospects onto Keylink (CRM).
  • Making outbound calls to customers, chasing leads, schedules, making appointments and obtaining drawings for new projects/prospects.
  • Admin support for external sales team.
  • Closing orders and negotiating margins with distributers
  • Ensure the accuracy of accounts and contact data in Keylink (CRM), continuously updating records.
  • Manage project schedules and diligently follow up on Next Action Dates (NADs) and inputting of Expected Order Dates (EOD’s) for both IG Masonry Support & Keyfix outstanding quotations.
  • Proactively contact Buyers, Quantity Surveyors & other stake holders to arrange meetings gather project information and updates.
  • Alert internal managers to important changes in project schedules e.g. project ready for a full schedule or EOD’s.
  • Research and log new potential business prospects, regularly monitoring and updating the project progress.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing queries and phone calls.
  • Monitor emails, ensuring a swift response.
  • Collaborate with the office team to exceed individual, team and Company targets.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and expand Company and product knowledge.
  • Champion Health and Safety in the workplace, maintaining personal safety and addressing unsafe behaviour is observed.
