The Role Are you ready to be a key player in driving sales success? As a Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll play an integral role, supporting our Retail team, ensuring smooth operations from quoting through to order fulfilment and fostering positive relationships both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities: Quoting – Ensure that all quotes are acknowledged and actioned in a timely manner. This will involve coordinating with transport, fleet and operations. Customer Communication – Proactive phone calls and emails to customers collecting and providing important information to guarantee a seamless customer experience and recording all information on CRM. Support and Organise – Provide essential administrative support to our sales teams, requiring a high level of accuracy to ensure all details are correct for smooth processing. Streamline – Coordinate post-sales information, making sure the data is captured for seamless follow-up and work closely with internal departments to ensure processes are efficient and correct. Reporting – Utilising dashboards to ensure all orders are processed quickly and effectively and all parties are kept up to date. Be Proactive – Tackle any queries or concerns with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, whether via email or phone - putting the needs of the customer at the fore. Adapt – Take on additional tasks and special projects as they arise, contributing to a variety of initiatives that help our business thrive and contribute to your overall growth and development.
